Good selection, slow support

I ordered a few SKF 6205-2RS1 ball bearings and some oil seals last month for a project. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the right sizes was straightforward with their filters. Shipping took about 7 business days to get to my workshop in Ohio, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but not terrible. One of the seals was slightly damaged in transit. I emailed support with a photo, and it took almost 48 hours to get a response. They did offer a replacement, but the process felt a little slow. The quality of the undamaged items was good, though. The bearings seemed genuine and well-packaged. Overall, a decent experience for parts I couldn't easily find locally, just be prepared for a bit of a wait if you need help.

Bearings arrived quickly!

Got my automotive wheel bearings and some lubricant super fast! I was expecting a longer wait, but they showed up in just 3 days. Everything was packed perfectly. I'm so happy with this order and will definitely be back for more parts. Highly recommend!

Consistent quality, reliable shipping

This was my third order from Bearing Depot, this time for some angular contact bearings and a bearing puller. As usual, the products arrived well-packaged and seem to be of good quality. My previous orders were for trailer bearings and some pillow block units, and those have held up great. Shipping is consistently around 4-5 business days to Texas, which I appreciate. I keep coming back because I know what to expect: good parts without any surprises. It's nice to have a reliable source for these industrial components.

I thought I saw a code somewhere before, but maybe that was an old one. It's usually just threshold based now.

What's the return process like for Bearing Depot?

S SarikaPandey 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Pretty straightforward. Fill out the form, get an RMA, send it back. Refund took about a week after they got it.

Are their bulk discounts actually good?

S SureshRao 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
For specific items, yes. I buy a lot of pillow block bearings and the pricing tiered down nicely.

It's worth asking for a wholesale account if you're buying a lot.

A ArjunMalik 3 weeks ago
Good to know, I need like 50 linear motion bearings.

V VikramShah 3 weeks ago
I found it okay, but sometimes local suppliers can match it if you haggle.

True, but convenience sometimes wins.

Trying to identify a bearing size on their site, it's a bit confusing.

A AnkitDas 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Use the filters on the left side. OD, ID, and width. Makes it easier.

S ShwetaRao 1 month ago
The filter system is pretty good once you get used to it.
